[dojo-contributors] what is the raison detre for dojo 2.0.

Dojo should make those things possible, but those wouldn't be core parts
of the toolkit, but rather extensions or utilities that build on top of
the toolkit, e.g. https://github.com/jthomas/server_side_dijit or
http://www.zazl.org/
