[dojo-contributors] what is the raison detre for dojo 2.0.

If speak about useful tools, than add the AMD XStyle(CSS), alternative 
XSLT dijits templating and so on.
AMD loaders along need support images(including SVG), JSON and XML 
resources, AMD config driven localization.
Go wild :)
