[Dojo-interest] DataGrid with dojo.store.JsonRest reverts to old value

So this seems to be a similar issue discussed in
http://dojo-toolkit.33424.n3.nabble.com/DataGrid-JsonRest-Unwanted-GET-request-after-editing-cell-td3477425.html#a3489411

It's a known issue when Grid is used with a server side store(dojo/data
API), e.g. deleting a bunch of rows may cause a fetch of a new page rows to
fill up the viewport, but if the server responds faster to the GET than the
DELETE request, the 'deleted' rows will still be displayed at their original
positions.

Ideally this should be an improvement requirement for the store API, e.g.
onDelete/onNew/onSet should be fired after save() finished (especially for
server side stores)
