[Dojo-interest] ValidationTextBox label property

Ah, that makes a lot more sense now.  I have not had any exposure to the
TableContainer layout component until now.  After looking at some examples
of it and the source, it makes a lot more sense.

I suppose that's the danger of extending a class in that manner, is from the
end user (or in this case the documentation building tool) perspective those
properties are defined for dijit._Widget, but in reality they only exist for
the use of another component.
