[Dojo-interest] How to get datagrid object contained in a ContentPanel?

Hi, I've tried in the test page dijit/tests/layout/test_ContentPane.html. And
it works. I can get any widget defined in an external html by dijit.byId(). 
Could you provide a complete test page showing this issue?
