To sort a jsonRestStore based grid on the glient you need to:

1. Requre dojox.data.ClientFilter before the jsonRestStore
2. Set the queryOptions to use the local cache for the query
(queryOptions="{cache:true}" or ...queryOptions: {cache:true} ...)
3. Success!

You need to remember that this only sorts the data that is in the
cache so only usable for smaller ammounts of data that you load fully.
