[Dojo-interest] layout parsing too slow?

yes, as far as i'm concerned i don't even know what's the difference between
"dojo.js" and "dojo.xd.js" :-o\
I only started with dojo this week and noticed the annoying visible layout
process. the next steps will surely include getting familiar with custom
builds.
