[Dojo-interest] Color in DataChart display

While you cannot change the color of an individual bar of a bar chart, 
you should be able to change the color of a whole series.
This works fine in declaring colors within HTML, but does not work in 
DataCharts where the color needs presumably to be part of the JSON data.
