[Dojo-interest] CSS syntax errors in various dojo CSS files

While some of them are "hacks" we should be avoiding, most of them are
intentional. the vendor-specific tags are acceptable. Generally, the CSS
"warnings" are just that. They typically do not affect rendering. If we
have a mis-spelled key or something, that would show up as well, but the
visual effect of that would be mostly obvious.

I typically just turn off all Firebug-CSS-related warning messages and
go on my merry way.
