[Dojo-interest] Dojo Install issues

DEBUG: failed loading ../../src/__package__.js with error: [TypeError:
Access is denied.]

DEBUG: failed loading ../../src.js with error: [TypeError: Access is
denied.]

DEBUG: failed loading ../../__package__.js with error: [TypeError: Access is
denied.]

FATAL exception raised: Could not load 'dojo.widget.Clock'; last tried
'__package__.js'

 

 

Any ideas what might cause this? Happens with any Widget, not just clock.

 

Server environment:

 

Win Vista (IIS7)

IIS User have full rights to Dojo Dir (upgraded from standard in failed
attempt to fix this)

 

Browser is IE7
