Unfortunately, you will have to pull the source from the subversion
repository. Starting with version 0.4.2, we will deliver a source
bundle on the download site so you will not have to use subversion.
But for previous versions, you will need to use subversion:

svn co http://svn.dojotoolkit.org/dojo/tags/release-0.4.1
