[Dojo-interest] TabContainer in Dialog Problem

One solution which I was told to do, is to use doLayout="false", but the
problem here seems to be that the style sheet for the height gets trashed.

could possibly diagnose (or fix in case this turns out to be a bug) this

Where can I find out who is the developer/commiter of TabContainer?
