[Dojo-interest] OT: javascript and thread safety

  Hello
I wonder if there is any way to execute statements in a thread-safe,
transactional manner - so that other threads which are trying to process the
same code have to wait.
Is this impossible due to the nature of the language or the implementation
of the engines?
Does Dojo provide any workarounds for this problem?
