[Dojo-interest] [ANN] 0.4.2rc1 and the plan for 0.9/1.0

Like all the best ideas, my only response to this one has to be:
sounds great, if only you'd done this a year ago. We are where we are
today though, and I'm encouraged that dojo isnt just going to
accumulate me-too features and gradually grind to a bloated halt. If
we can put some pop back into dojo and lose the all to common "dojo
feels heavy" perception I'll pretty much follow you anywhere you chose
to go.

Forgive me if I take those 0.9 / 1.0 dates with a pinch of salt, but
0.42 should be in time for my current project and many thanks for
that.
