[Dojo-interest] dojo.io.bind and cyrillic charachters

Greeting everyone.

I've got a strange symbols while using cyrillic into text file and pass it
with dojo.io.bind

Let's get the one of dojo's test case: dojo/tests/io/test_BrowserIO.html
to see the problem I'm getting, I would request you to replace the existing
file test_BrowserIO_data.txt with the one attached to this e-mail ( 
http://www.nabble.com/file/6487/test_BrowserIO_data.txt
test_BrowserIO_data.txt  )- the file is with cyrillic charachters instead
the original one (alert("we got the data!");)
Once you have replaced the file, please open the test case and see what
symbols are displaying your browser.

I've attached one more image file to this post with screenshot of what I'm
seeing in my browser.
