Where is dojo.html.getElementsByClass?

I read in JOT that it is obsolete but it's a mystery if it was replaced by
something else.

I'm really frustrated. You changed the whole API. You might as well change
the product name because this is not dojo anymore. It's something else. A
cornerstone principle in software development is that if you make an API
public you don't change it. You might add new stuff but not remove or alter.
