I also forgot the issue of off-line reading. That said, let's see if the 
Drupal idea can be made to work:

- I found a "diff" module on Drupal. I'd like to test it at some point. 
Maybe that's a good solution to the diff problem.

- But I'm still concerned about (1) off-line reading and (2) printing. 
There is a DocBook export, but only for Drupal 4.7, and Drupal 4.7 won't 
be supported much longer. There is an export to some Drupal-specific XML 
format. Maybe I/we can write an XSLT to turn that into DocBook.

This approach would limit us to very simple HTML. For example, we 
shouldn't use <h2> or higher because that would be hard to convert to 
DocBook.

It's an option worth exploring. It would make some people (like James) 
happy - if it can work.

Btw: yes, I do like the idea of off-line reading, and print-friendly 
output. I also think that it'd be cool if we could get a Dojo book 
printed from Lulu.
