[Dojo-interest] Widget.addHtml, Widget.setHtml - convenience methods

My understanding is that Fredrik has abstracted this functionality out of
ContentPane and into a behavior that can be applied to almost anything; this
is encapsulated in dojo.widget.html.loader.
