[Dojo-interest] Idea for instant widget construction

Wasnt the widget system created so this wouldnt be necessary? This smacks of
Ruby on Rails to me.. and the concern I have with it, personally, is that it
leaves no alternate content for non-javascript or non-dojo environments. I'm
a progressive enhancement type.

I do think that we should be able to initialize widgets before onload
though. I recognize the problem.
