[Dojo-interest] A JavaScript Tag-Generator Min-App Using Dojo For Tutorial Purposes

I have been know to mutter about the lack of documentation for Dojo, so I
wrote decided to create a little mini-application that shows how you can use
Dojo to help with lots of different stuff. There isn't much explanation,
just the code.

It's not the most original thing in the world: a technorati tag generator,
but it does have the advantage of being small, so it should be easy to
understand.

Anyway, I am submitting it for general criticism by the list as I am still
a Dojo noobie and I'm sure some things could be done in a nicer way.
