[dojo-contributors] Dojo 1.1.1 status

I have two bugs I want to get in still -- they are assigned to me. I
plan to get the done today.

On Sam's 3242, I will be applying the change to trunk (unless someone
says otherwise) -- I'll see about getting it in before Monday.
