[dojo-contributors] case-sensitive svn file renames in dijit

Ugh.

This also causes pretty big headaches for anyone tracking Dojo with  
something like svn_load_dirs, as case-sensitive renames can't happen  
inside one commit.

Sometimes, I really want to find the person who thought a case- 
sensitive filesystem was a good idea and shake them.
