Ok, sounds like a plan. I having more meetings, but hopefully who don't

Yes.

Yes. Everyone with a vote (all committers on all projects) will need to 
be subscribed to that list, but hopefully the traffic will be more 
focused (and sporadic) than on dojo-contributors.
