[dojo-contributors] SVG/VML/Canvas API discussion

Yeah I'm not sure what the actual end goal is here.  If the SVG API  
is aimed to only work on SVG rendering browsers, then surely it's  
adding to the 'SVG' arsenal rather than rewriting stuff that SVG does  
natively and rather well?
