[ng-dhtml] Updating EOLs on the repo

Hey folks-

I'm going to be updating the EOL formats on the repo from UNIX style
to native (which means things won't looked fubar'd on Windows in some
naive editors). What this means for commiters is that they need to set
their SVN config file to automagically setup the props for files in
question. If you are unsure how to do that, here's how:

- Open up your subversion config file (Windows:
UserProfileDir/Application Data/Subversion/config, Unix:
~/.subversion/config)
- Make sure that "enable-auto-props = yes" is not commented out
- Add the following under the [auto-props] section (also make sure
that the title isn't commented out):
*.js = svn:eol-style=native
*.htm = svn:eol-style=native
*.html = svn:eol-style=native
*.svg = svn:eol-style=native
*.txt = svn:eol-style=native
*.xml = svn:eol-style=native
Makefile = svn:eol-style=native
README = svn:eol-style=native
CHANGELOG = svn:eol-style=native
LICENSE = svn:eol-style=native

That should do it! Note, if you don't set that up, things should still
work correctly but when you *add a file* to the repo it won't have the
proper EOL style setup.

Thanks,
David
