[ng-dhtml] source control, revisited

Nice to know.

Slightly OT, but anyone have experience trying to use the "Included
folders" option in TortoiseCVS? It doesn't seem to listen to me (I'm
trying to get the context menu to only show up for my sandbox folders,
not my entire computer).
