 Examples should actually go in
 http://livedocs.dojotoolkit.org/dijit/layout/TabContainer and
 http://livedocs.dojotoolkit.org/dijit/layout/TabContainer-examples.   The
 latter has an example of nested tabs, but not created programatically.
 I guess we could a programmatic example too, or perhaps you can edit that
 page yourself?
