 dojox.mobile.!SpinWheelSlot has labelFrom and labelTo properties to
 specify its slot scope, but those properties work only during
 instanciation. Once it's created, we cannot change the slot scope by
 setting new values to those properties. Slot scope should be changeable
 dynamically by setting those properties.
